The St Vincent De Paul Society is providing grants of up to $20,000 to community organisations in bushfire-affected areas, providing funding for recovery projects that benefit multiple people.
An eligible organisation must be a registered community group or organisation in an identified NSW bushfire postcode.
St Vincent De Paul are prioritising applications who can demonstrate they’ll make a difference for the most at-risk and disadvantaged groups:
- Aboriginal communities
- Culturally and linguistically diverse residents
- People with disability
- People experiencing (or at imminent risk of) homelessness
Stage 1 applications close 23 August 2020. Stage 2 opening soon.
