ANN SUDMALIS AND THE LIBERAL GOVERNMENT CONTINUE TO FAIL ON JOBS

Labor Candidate for Gilmore, Fiona Phillips, says it’s time for Ann Sudmalis to be honest with her constituents about her own failure and her Liberal Government’s failure on jobs.

Since Ann Sudmalis was re-elected in 2016, unemployment within Gilmore has skyrocketed and in many cases is more than double the national average of 5.6 per cent. Here are the facts:

Youth unemployment in the Shoalhaven/Southern Highlands is the highest in NSW, currently at 25.3 per cent, where around one in three young people can’t find work. However this figure is expected to be higher as it includes the Southern Highlands, Wingecarribee local government area which has a general unemployment rate of just 3.1 per cent.

Ann Sudmalis and her Liberal Government continue to fail people in the Gilmore electorate.
